PEPFAR Monitor
The Global AIDS Alliance is committed to ensuring that the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) advances a comprehensive HIV prevention strategy that includes condom distribution; accelerates progress toward universal treatment access, including making generic medications available as appropriate; and meets standards for transparency and local ownership of project planning and implementation. GAA is also monitoring PEPFAR's investments in programs for orphans and vulnerable children.
