SUPPORT US THROUGH WORKPLACE GIVING
Workplace giving programs allow individuals to direct a percentage of their paychecks or a fixed dollar amount to the Global AIDS Alliance. Most people opt for payroll deduction, which allows them to spread their gift over the entire year. Federal employees and US military personnel can direct donations to GAA through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC), which we participate in through a federation called Health and Medical Research Charities of America. GAA's national CFC designation for 2007 is #11841. (Our current designation is #2576.)Employees at companies and other organizations that participate in United Way workplace campaigns can also support GAA with a “write-in” designation. And many organizations operate their own workplace giving programs. DOUBLE YOUR DONATION WITH EMPLOYER MATCHING GIFTS
Many companies generously match the charitable contributions made by their employees. If your employer has such a program, your Human Resources department should be able to provide you with a matching gift form to send us along with your donation. Simply complete the form and mail it with your donation to the Global AIDS Alliance, 1413 K Street NW, 4th Floor, Washington, DC 20005. We will verify receipt of your gift and return the form to your company to secure their matching gift.
FINANCIAL AND LEGAL INFORMATION
The Global AIDS Alliance is exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN #52-2310555). All contributions to the Global AIDS Alliance are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
